Abe as a Boy

This photo was sent in via email to the Gallery along with the following words. Do you think this could be Abe?
"I would love to share a photo of our beloved president Abraham Lincoln that I was blessed to find in an old album 10 years ago.
The photo is a daguerreotype, 2-1/2"x3-1/4". it is a mirror image.
I had the photo authenticated. One person who saw the photo in person was Abe Lincoln expert from Denville, New Jersey Dr. Jerome R. Corsi. He said it was a very young Abe. I also had a forensic detective look at it. Mr. Bob Garrett CSCSA, CLPE, FFS New Jersey State Division International Association for Identification. He said all facial characteristics match. If you see the photo in person you see that Mr. Lincoln was very tall and you can see his mole, crooked lip and disfigured jaw. One eye was smaller and one ear was higher than the other. Still he was handsome and elegant to me."

Wow! What a great find! I wonder what age he is in this picture?

He looks to be in his late twenties. He was a person destined for greatness. He had so many obstacles yet he persevered. Long live our beloved Abraham Lincoln 4-ever!

He is both handsome and nerdy. I'd marry him in a second! Thank you Lincoln Gallery for showing me this photo you made my day!

Do I think it is Abe Lincoln? Yes!
Except I wouldn't say he is a boy. He looks to be in his mid to late twenties. The clothes look a little raggedy, but President Lincoln was notorious for wearing outdated suits in office. His large knotted tie looks right, a young man even today would not be caught dead wearing a bowtie. Bowties are for older men. And last but not least his damaged face! Bravo for such a Historic find!
